1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations between the shop InnerLightHaven.com, owned by Adam Ouardi, and any person wishing to purchase on the site.
By placing an order, you fully accept these conditions without reservation.

2. Products

InnerLightHaven offers digital products for sale, including ebooks related to inner awakening, chakras, meditation, and emotional well-being.
All products are delivered in digital format only (PDF, ePub, or other downloadable formats). No physical items are shipped.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in US dollars ($), taxes included where applicable. InnerLightHaven reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. A download link will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their information, especially their email address.

5. Payment

Payments are 100% secure and processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available options on the site. InnerLightHaven does not have access to your banking information.

6. Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly or within a maximum of 24 hours via a download link sent by email.
If you do not receive your product, don't hesitate to get in touch with support at contact@innerlighthaven.com.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Following Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered immediately after purchase. No refunds will be made after the download link has been accessed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and in the ebooks is the exclusive property of InnerLightHaven. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability

InnerLightHaven cannot be held responsible for how the information in its ebooks is used. The content is not a substitute for medical or professional advice.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is collected solely to process your order. InnerLightHaven will never sell or share your data with third parties.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, amicable resolution will always be prioritized. If necessary, the competent courts will be those of the seller's place of residence (Monaco or applicable local jurisdiction).
